Jacquard towels are towels woven by jacquard looms which has a special attachment. There are two kind of jacquard towels.
One has embossed pattern, we call it relief jacquard towels, usually the pattern is a logo of business.
They are very popular in hospitality industrial towels. This type of towels has a solid color, which is piece dyed. The relief jacquard towels from looms will be send to dyeing factory for further process such like dyeing.
The other is yarn-dyed jacquard towels. The yarns used are yarn-dyed. We use the dyed yarns weave out colorful patterns, the surface of towels are even like normal towels. Such jacquard towels are usually use as high-end gift for promotion.
Yarn-dyed jacquard towels generally expensive and has a rather high MOQ. one minimum warp beam is about 750kg, two color means 1500kg . A 500g per piece towel will need minimum order quantity 3500pieces .
Relief jacquard towels’ price are not expensive only a little higher than normal towels.
Jacquard towels usually are custom made private label towels.
