 You ARE entitled to a remedy (Repair, Replacement, Refund)

  • Faulty or Broken: The item doesn’t work as it should.
  • Not as Described: It doesn’t match the description or sample shown.
  • Unfit for Purpose: It doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it to do.
  • Major Problem: You can choose a refund or replacement.
  • Minor Problem: We offer a free repair; if we can’t, you can get a refund/replacement. 

 You are NOT automatically entitled to a remedy

  • Change of Mind: You simply don’t like it, bought the wrong size/color, or found it cheaper elsewhere.
  • Misused: The problem was caused by you misusing the product.
  • Known Issues: You knew about the problem before buying (unless it’s a different problem). 

Key things to know

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt is best, but order numbers or bank statements also work.
  • Refund Method: You get your money back the same way you paid (cash, card).
  • If You change of mind, only Unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within FORNIGHT of receipt.(excluding shipping)
  • Sample order, Returns accepted within 15days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping), no question asked.
  • Products with quality problem Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund ( shipping included ), and kindly give a notice of what defects or faults are.
