- Major Problem: You can choose a refund or replacement.
- Minor Problem: We offer a free repair; if we can’t, you can get a refund/replacement.
You are NOT automatically entitled to a remedy
- Change of Mind: You simply don’t like it, bought the wrong size/color, or found it cheaper elsewhere.
- Misused: The problem was caused by you misusing the product.
- Known Issues: You knew about the problem before buying (unless it’s a different problem).

- Sample order, Returns accepted within 15days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping), no question asked.
- Products with quality problem Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund ( shipping included ), and kindly give a notice of what defects or faults are.
